Supplement Facts
You might be skeptical of supplements. So was I.
āIn 2019, I wanted to create a 'better brand' of supplement. Ingredients that work with the filters your body already has, to clear out what gets clogged. A million bottles of BetterLungsĀ® later, I think we got it right.ā
Dr. Chris Jackson, PharmD
Founder & Formulator
Your lungs filter. Give them some help.
Your body filters everything you breathe, eat and drink, and modern life gives it more to handle than ever. We build one formula for each filter it depends on.
Over 1,000,000 units of BetterLungsĀ® later, we're turning to the largest and hardest-working filter of all.

TINCTURE
What clearing out looks like.
The same airway before and after the mucus layer starts moving again.

Day 60

How it clears your airways.
BetterLungsĀ® loosens the gunk trapped in your airways, so your lungs can clear it out and open back up.
It goes in
Taken by mouth, it is absorbed from your gut into your circulatory system and makes its way to your lungs.
The mucus loosens
Saponins from mullein loosen the bonds between mucus molecules, so the cilia lining your airways can move it.
Your lungs clear it
Those cilia sweep the loosened mucus upward and out through a productive cough.
Your airways open up
Airflow comes easier, and you feel more like yourself now that the build-up is gone.
Us vs Them.
